Spit-braai Service

At Springbok Butchery we have two mobile lamb-on-the-spit units (or Spit-braais as we call them in South Africa) that we can bring to your home or office.

This is a great way to cater for a group of people. We provide the meat, salads and extra items as required so you can relax and enjoy the party.

Use our form below to roughly estimate what this will cost you; prices includes the set-up and cooking of the chosen meat, as well as carving and serving of the spit-braaied meat.

One braai is normally enough for 30 odd adults – if you are expecting more people we then supplement the spit-braai with chicken pieces or sausages, and vegetable accompaniments.
